What is Mindcraft?

Mindcraft is a course designed as a response to the epidemic of “overwhelm” largely caused by our fast-paced, media-saturated society. We are so immersed in the influx of constant new information and knowledge, that we are now left craving wisdom. The omni-presence of social media has us often unable to stop the automatic urge to compare ourselves to others, leading to frequent shifts in mood. Young adults, especially, often feel as if their minds are like a run-a-way train.

Because of this constant stimulation, many of us hunger for the basics. We ask ourselves privately, “How can I simplify my life? How do I manage the world each day? How can I get a grip on my incessant what if thinking that leaks into my day, robbing me of focus and causing me to be nervous much of the time? How can I learn to feel worthy, that I am enough? How do I find a sense of meaning and purpose? How can I learn to be happier?”

Mindcraft is designed to teach you how the mind works so you have a full understanding of why you think, feel, and do what you do. This basic understanding of the mind’s “engine” is the precursor to gaining more control over your life, becoming happier and more fulfilled, by becoming the boss of your brain.

After completing the Mindcraft course you will:

  • Have a solid understanding of how the mind works
  • Be able to calm your mind on demand and with greater ease
  • Be more present, focused, and engaged with your life on a daily basis

     developed myself

    to depression
  • Have acquired a general understanding of fixed and growth mindsets,
and how they play a role in everything we do at school, work, and in our relationships

of this plays a key role in how we interpret and interact with ourselves and others
  • Understand that optimism is a lifestyle that takes commitment and practice
  • Realize that happiness is a choice, regardless of wiring
